Go2Web20.net has been doing an excellent job of putting together a collection of Web 2.0 Sites. Currently their site is flooding with the best Web 2.0 Sites.

The site is very neatly organised with a Semi-Flash based liquid layout. Nice Interface and utility. Till date I have never missed even a single site put out there… and I just wanted to share this little info here.
