This week I never found time to put together some content here. Just to update all here... Dezinerfolio is coming up with a very Advanced Free Flash XML Gallery which I hope would be better than the current gallery under the Works section and also working on a new Theme for the current site.
The Gallery is still under development. Ideas are welcome.
Today I picked a Nikon D80 Digital SLR. Spent all my day to buy it.

First I was really confused whether to pick up a Canon 400D ( Rebel XTi ) or a Nikon D80. This article was very helpful for me to choose the D80. The Nikon D80, Canon 400D and the Sony Alpha 100 fall in the same range of Digital SLRs.
In this Kit included was an 18 - 135 Nikon lens and I picked a 70 - 300 Nikon Lens too.
If you have something to share on this, please feel free....

@SinCabeza - Cool... Now I have a 50mm f/1.8, 105mm Sigma Macro f/2.8, 10-20mm Sigma and a 70-300mm Nikkor. I hope this is a nice Kit for now. :em24:
Its like a Subaru Impresa and Mistubishi Evo-9
Sure Evo is better! )) hehe ))
but I also bought D80 and I love this camera.
Also have kit 18-55 and 70-300, but bought 50mm 1.8 and the next step is Nikon 18-200 lens )
just keep in mind - good results cant be with a cheap lenses...
I recently upgraded my D70s to the D80. Nikon decided not to make a vertical battery grip for the D70s and the Hoodman grip is not worth the money. I have thoroughly enjoyed the D80 so far!
@trakin - True... I am in love with my new cam.
Is the 50mm f1.8mm prime a MACRO lens ? I am not so good at these technical terms..!
The only reason I chose NIkon over Canon was the feel of the camera. I have been using D50 for more than a year and do not regret buying it a bit...
One suggestion, get a 50mm f1.8mm prime for 100 bucks and your kit will be complete...
Well, I know nothing about cameras... but that sure is a pretty one...
Good choice!
