Here are 3 Gloss Orbs which are fully customizable. Each one of them have a different Gloss Light effect. Change gradients ( get some Web 2.0 Gradients here ) of base elements to get cool looking orbs. Below for download is the Photoshop Source File
Usually prefer to give the PSD for download so you learn how things are done. Enjoy
