URL blocked @ DIGG.com
This is the first time we see this happen on DIGG. Some time ago one of our users had reported this but we never took it serious… but now, we are not sure whats happening. Below is the message by DIGG when we submit any article:
This error message shows up for any new link submitted to DIGG but the existing articles could be DUGG at anytime (articles on Dezinerfolio).
This is the only reason why we shifted our DIGG button to Design Float (a new DIGG like site for Design). We are also sure that we haven’t gone over the Digg’s Terms of Service as mentioned in the error. We also tried contacting DIGG, but no response yet.
We would highly appreciate feedback / comments on how we could overcome this and thanks is advance.

Same thing happened to me, I was banned for spam but I didn’t spam. The digg banning system is stupid. I guess people dugg me down because they don’t like SEO articles.

My new site has been banned with a following explanation:
URL blocked
This domain has been consistently flagged as an intermediary to the direct source of news and/or video content. Please link directly to the story source.
I have 300 pages on my site but only 20 submissions on digg: history stories, flash games, animations and few embalded funny clips from dailymotion (3-4 only). The rest of movie clips I must upload somewhere for fast stream. All flash games and animations are hosted on my server except large streaming video files
Any suggestions about this.
Thank you
