Invalid cURL response.
We expected 'true' from the url : http://localhost/dfgallery_v2.005/api/rest/test_curl

I have been having the same issue as well....I think the similarities in the people who are having this issue is that we all are using some form of cPanel thats provided with godaddy or bluehost or most other hosting services....This problem has something to do with .htaccess
http://httpd.apache.org/docs/1.3/howto/htaccess.html

I have tryied 4 diefferent hosts... and I still have the same problem on every single one.
I was searching for solution for more than 8h now.

"Invalid cURL response.

Hello guys. Aparantly they've put a new toppic on how to do that. You need to enable your "mod_rewrite" in the Apache's configuration file. If you're on a host with cPanel, this mod should be already enabled. But I fould a theme in one developers forum that you need to further enable the "mod_rewrite" in your .htaccess file for your application (in this case the gallery). Open your FTP software you're using and go to your .htaccess file. Just make sure to use "RewriteEngine On" in your .htaccess file.
For more information see: http://www.sitepoint.com/forums/showthread.php?t=400814
Good luck guys!
