Is it defficult to understand, is it better than px menthod , how can we calculate in percentage wise
Plz help me I want to know "What is CSS LIQUID?"

CSSLiquid.com is the name of a CSS Gallery that features websites that implement liquid CSS formats. Liquid CSS definition: All containers on the web page have their widths defined in percents - meaning that they are completely based on the viewpoit rather than the initial containing block. A liquid layout will move in and out when you resize your browser window.
