Unable to Install on Windows/IIS

I am unable to resolve the below error. Please help

My Webserver is IIS on Windows 2003. Installed the latest build and getting the below error

Invalid cURL response.
We expected 'true' from the url : http://www.mydomain.com/gallery/api/rest/test_curl

Does this gallery work on windows 2003 IIS

Well I checked it out and suppose it should work as I have the same specifications like you do! Would talk to my tech person on this.
