Windows Server 2003 / IIS 6
PHP 5.2.8
JSON 1.2.1
curl libcurl/7.16.0 OpenSSL/0.9.8i zlib/1.2.3

I had a problem with the curl issue and I beleieve I've gotten past that now by changing 'true' to true in line 110 of install.php. The effect of this was instead of getting a 500 server error when I go to www.idpb.org/dfg/index.php it now redirects to http://www.idpb.org/dfg/admin/setup with a 404 error.

I thought I had this licked last night but I guess not, I've checked the specs of isapi_rewrite and it appears to be fully compatible with apache rewrite directives in .htaccess.

I am stuck at the same point. I got pass the curl & json issues, after hours of fighting. But know I am directed to a page titled "300 Multiple Choices". The page loaded with address stugio.com/dfg/admin/setup shows "The document name you requested (/index.php) could not be found on this server". I am going to fight with this for the next few hours. I will post the solution I find.
