Need help with installing dfGallery 2.0

That installation video for dfGallery 2.0 is waaaaaaaaaaaaaaay too fast to just watch to find out what to do, and it's impossible to use pause/play to catch each step (for me, at least). All I caught from the video is that a database needs to be created.

Could someone possibly provide written instructions on how to install dfGallery?

I am in the same boat! how do they expect the average person to install this gallery! the vid is way too fast, I can't read it well enough even when paused and full screen is even worse.
I really want to use this gallery it looks great, please can someone give a down to earth explanation of how to get this application installed and up and running.
Now I've seen it I just have to get it working:-(

same here...way too fast and blurry with fullscreen enabled. created a db, but getting error
