upgrade error (flickr_api_key)

I installed the last built of DFG but after I installed, DFG requested to be uploaded

"A newer version of the gallery has been installed, and has to undergo an upgrade process from version 0 to 2."

I've run into this error after I clicked on "Run Upgrade":

"Unable set the flick API key to be used. you can configure this in the gallery settings later.Duplicate entry 'flickr_api_key' for key 1"

What am I suppose to do?

probably server doesn't support PHP5, it's PHP4.
is it the problem?

workaround is (at least for me) to edit ..app/config/dfg/upgrade_state.php
line:
'upgrade_version' => 0,
to:
'upgrade_version' => 2,
